Sugar Maple

Size: The Sugar Maple is a slow growing tree that will grow 60' to 75' tall and 40' wide with an upright, oval-to-rounded habit.

Description: Sugar maple is an excellent North American native known for its fall color. Fall color is brilliant yellow to orange and red, with considerable variation. This is one of the best of the larger shade and lawn trees. Plant this tree container-grown or balled-and-burlapped plants spring, summer, or fall in full sun or partial shade in well-drained, moist, fertile, slightly acidic soil. Avoid compacted soils, restricted growing spaces, salt, excessive heat, and air pollution.

Crimson Maple

Size: The Crimson Maple will grow 30' to 40' tall and 30' to 40' feet wide.

Description: The Crimson Maple has rich, maroon foliage throughout the summer turning bronze in the fall. It grows best in full Sun

Norway Maple

Size: The Norway Maple will grow 40' to 50' tall and wide.

Description: The Norway Maple is a good large shade tree where other maples won't grow. It has a rounded, symmetrical, dense crown. The green leaves turn yellow in fall in the North; however, fall color is poor in the South. This tree tolerates heat, drought, poor soil, and pollution. Its dense shade makes it nearly impossible to grow grass below it.

Red (Sunset) Maple

Size: The Red Maple will grow 40' to 60' tall and 30' to 40' wide.

Description: The Red Sunset Maple is considered one of the best for early fall color! This tree has glossy green leaves and is extremely showy. It has a moderate growth rate. The tree has a pyramidal shape when young becoming rounded with age.

October Glory Maple

Size: The October Glory Maple will grow 40' to 50' tall and 25' to 30' wide.

Description: The October Glory Maple is a upright, oval tree with brilliant orange to red fall color and it grows best in full Sun.
